Day 16 10/5: El Burgo Ranero => Puente de Villarente

[Note 15:45]
A fine day for walking.
Jack and I have been following side by side all day and have now landed here in Villarente at an albergue at only 5€
To morrow Leon's waiting ahead.

[Note 16:55]
Happy hour in Puente Villarente

[Note 20:57]
All places for eating were closed in this village, so we went three pilgrims to a supermarked and combined a delicious international meal.
Mexico/California, Alabama and Denmark.

Jaime is an 80% Navajo-indian. I'm very fascinated by indian living and thoughts.
The three of us got along the next day.
I had been talking with Jack to go visiting oneanother after the Camino. Now Jaime became a part of this team. Our plan was, that I should go to visit Jack in Alabama and join Jaime in California, where he lives or at his plantation in Mexico - I still got the napkin you wrote your phonenumbers and e-mail on Jaime)
Still in an active contact with Jack I hope to realize these plans (after Corona) Later on the Camino, this was expanded to visit more of my Caminofriends.
I also hope to bid you welcome here in my country - Denmark you know - a great country (too)
