Day 18 12/5: León => Hospital de Órbigo

[Note 18:41]
A fantastic day for walking. Missing my true friend Jack, after farewell last night
Together we visited the impressing cathedral of Leon.
On the albergue I shortly met our common friend Jaime. (we did'nt talk). On my way out of Leon this morning I passed Gaudi's beautiful building.
The walking of the day has been quite lonesome for long stretches. Lots of quacking frogs and have with great pleasure noticed that I can still hear the music of cikades. And lots of poppies and lots of other wild flower.
Have now arrived at Hospital de Órbigo.
Fotos will be posted seperately.

[Note 19:27]
Special service for poppie-lovers - from to day's walk.

[Note 19:39]
Some more Flowerpower from to day - For this I'll run for election.

[Note 19:56]
As a final from the repporter of the day some fotos of this unique bridge in Hospital de Órbigo.
Cause now I'm hungry

Jack and I had been talking a lot of using poles.
To day I met a young couple with som very light poles (titanium I think it was). By that my idea of developing "the perfect" pole has gone.
Well I still think I prefer a nactural branch.
You can read more, when I get to equipment.

At dinner late in the evening I Gary and Gaynor atrange from South of England I think it was. I also keep meeting them later.
